If you are thinking about the option of sharing your home with an au pair, live-in nanny or caregiver so that your children will have an older sister or brother to take care of them a few hours a day, consider integrating an au pair from Mexico into your family. Mexaupair Agency will help you find the perfect addition to your family!
If you are looking for a Mexican Au Pair, live in Caregiver or live in nanny from México and you live in Canada, U.S.A, or Europe… Mexaupair is the best option!
Mexaupair Agency’s Au Pairs
We recruit Mexican au pairs between 18 and 29 years of age who have experience caring for babies and small children. Our polite and educated young people are interested in learning about another culture and language as well as sharing their culture with your children and your family. All of our au pairs have references, a driver’s license, and medical certification.
What You Should Do Now
If you are interested in receiving information about the au pairs of Mexaupair Agency, we ask you to send us a “Dear Au Pair” letter email or fill out your family form. Please tell us about your family, where you live, and the rights and responsibilities you would expect of your au pair. With this information, we will choose the au pairs we think will be most compatible with your family and allow you to make the final selection.
The Family’s Responsibilities
Because your au pair will be like a loving older sibling for your children, he or she should be treated like a son or daughter and considered a part of the family instead of an employee. Your au pair should work 5 to 8 hours a day, five days a week. In return, your family will provide your au pair with lodging and basic necessities, plus weekly pocket money, the amount of which will vary from country to country. You should also offer your au pair a course in the language spoken in your country.
Fees and Services
The au pairs of Mexaupair Agency pay a fee for placement services, the families are not charged. The services of Mexaupair Agency are limited to placement and orientation. We will also provide assistance in the event that either the family or the au pair is not satisfied with the placement, but Mexaupair Agency is not responsible for an alternate placement.
Having an Au Pair is inexpensive in comparison with other types of childcare or home help, and can be an enriching experience for your children and indeed the whole family - long term or for shorter periods like school holidays.
Hosting an au pair can be a great way to lighten your load at home or help you balance children, work and life. |
